Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy for Booking Cancellations General Cancellation Policy: 25% of the cost will be deducted for all booking cancellations. Refunds Requested Within 12 Hours of Session Time: 35% of the cost will be deducted for all refunds requested within 12 hours of the session time. Refunds Requested Within 2 Hours of Session Time: 50% of the cost will be deducted for all refunds requested within 2 hours of the session time. Non-Refundable and Non-Reschedulable Conditions Bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded if requested after the session has started. Bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded if requested within 30 minutes of the session start time. Bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded if requested after the session time has passed.
